Our passion is helping customers succeed by sharing our knowledge and love of plants. Why We Love Plants
The Love Of Plants Began In Childhood
Every spring when Neal Adams was a kid he couldn't wait to plant a garden. After all, his brother Steve and their family planted a large vegetable garden that would feed numerous family and extended family members all year long. Vegetables were not the only items planted in their garden or yard.
His mother Rita's love of flowers, trees and shrubs ensured that their yard was filled with a variety of plants, both edible and non-edible. Neal and Steve grew up understanding the value of growing plants of all kinds. They saw landscaping made their house more of a home by adding softness with flowers and character with shrubs.
Neal's wife, Jamie, also has a passion for plants. Every vacation spent growing up, even today, involves finding a botanical garden to visit. During high school, her favorite activity was participating on the FFA horticultural team.
Why We Started
Adams Nursery & Landscaping
The Adams brothers began growing vegetables in elementary school, selling their harvest to local grocery stores across Northeast Arkansas. As Neal’s passion for growing plants deepened, so did his desire to share the joy and rewards of gardening with others. Opening Adams Nursery was not just a natural next step—it was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.
